Sometimes we don’t have the amount of inventory you need. Or you just want to tell us what you want in your order by calling us or emailing us or you just want to send us a check. Well, you can! Down below we have a list of options you can choose that are different than our normal payment options. 


Call in order

This option is if you want to speak to us directly and make your order on call. Please provide your name, email, so we may send you an invoice via PayPal. (Orders) can be placed from Monday – Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm Central time. If you don’t get ahold of us please leave us a message on why you called and we call you back very soon. 

Email order

If you want to place your order via email, it’s also an option. All you need to do is tell us the products you want and the qty of each product. We will contact you back acknowledging your order and sending you an invoice via PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: We do not recommend sending us your credit card information via email, if you do so, it will be at your own risk as people unassociated with BigheartedGifts can intercept emails.

Want to pay a different way?

You may! The only other different payment method we take besides PayPal is a check. When you’re placing an order via the 2 options above you, you may request to pay by check and we will give you the correct information to do so. Once we receive the check, we will let you know that it has arrived and that we will ship your order the day of, or the following day.
